Formal chairs organize either a formal or semi-formal at the end of the semester, and the invite dinner for potential pledges at the end of rush

National
During the Fall semester the chairs re-register actives and register the new JI's. During the Spring semester they organize the participation in the state competition, and if actives qualify, nationals.
